Founder & broker, ehomes  ·  CEO, Autumn Skye Escrow

I built the brokerage I needed when I was starting out.

250+ agents. Six Southern California offices. $1.4 billion closed in the last 24 months. Built on one belief: technology should make real estate more human, not less.

Where my week goes

Who I'm here for.

Our agents, our leadership and staff, our partnerships, and the people building the next version of this industry. Here's what a few of those look like.

For agents

A place to build a business, not somewhere to park a license.

  • Hybrid split: keep 70–90% of the business you bring in yourself.
  • Brokerage-generated business from Zillow, Opendoor, HomeLight and our own seller programs — roughly 40% of what we close.
  • A team-of-teams structure with a Growth Partner leading every office, so you're never the most senior person in the room.
  • Mentorship that's scheduled, not accidental: 30/60/90 onboarding, weekly leadership huddles, in-house compliance and TC support.

For tech & partners

I'd rather help build the tools than complain about them.

  • Product and advisory work with the companies building for this industry — Zillow, Lone Wolf, Inman.
  • AI running inside a live brokerage, not in a demo: our own tooling on top of Follow Up Boss, Sisu and dotloop.
  • An early partner of Zillow, Opendoor and HomeLight — and still the one who tells them what's not working.
  • Mentoring proptech founders through NAR REACH and various venture programs.

For buyers & sellers

One agent, with a whole company behind them.

  • Cash-offer options on the table at the first listing appointment, before you have to ask.
  • Six offices covering the Inland Empire, LA, Orange County, the High Desert and San Diego.
  • An in-house escrow company, so the handoffs stop being someone else's problem.
  • A full compliance and legal team reviewing every transaction, so problems get caught before they become yours.

The build

From a solo license to six offices and 250+ agents.

"To help families build their lives while helping agents build meaningful, lasting businesses — rooted in purpose."

The company mission
  1. 2006

Licensed at 18, in college and in the office

Six a.m. classes, then straight to the office. I started right as the market turned — which is exactly why I build the way I do now.

  2. 2007–15

Nine years as a solo agent

No team behind me and no leads handed to me. A book of business built one relationship at a time.

  3. 2016

Built a small team that outproduced its size

Tight, high-producing, and the first time I understood that the job was building people — not just closing deals.

  4. 2017

Went independent — founded Divergent Realty in Chino

Staffed almost entirely with brand-new agents, on the theory that new agents produce when someone actually invests in them. They did.

  5. 2019

Merged with Elmer Morales to launch ehomes

Sixteen agents in one Chino office. We'd met competing for the same listing. The idea was a brokerage where agents work together instead of against each other — a team brokerage, one of the first of its kind.

  6. 2020–24

Six offices, an escrow company, and the partnerships

Expanded across Southern California, founded Autumn Skye Escrow so the handoffs stopped being someone else's problem, and became an early partner of Zillow, Opendoor and HomeLight.

  7. 2025

    1,100 sides. $750M closed.

250+ agents across six offices, with proprietary AI running inside our day-to-day operations.

  8. 2030

    The goal

The number one independent brokerage in California. Expand, innovate, connect, lead — in that order.

What we actually run

AI inside a working brokerage, not a demo.

Every one of these runs against live files and live agents today. None of it is a pilot.

Automated file compliance review

Transaction files in dotloop get an automated compliance pass. Deficiencies post to the right transaction coordinator in Slack with a link straight to the file — caught while they're paperwork, not after they're liability.

An agent tools hub

One portal to every system we run, so agents stop hunting across six logins to do one deal.

Pipeline and lead-flow reporting

Follow Up Boss and Sisu data pulled into per-office reporting, so Growth Partners can see where deals stall and which leads go cold instead of guessing at it in a Monday meeting.

A written AI policy, reviewed by counsel

We adopted a brokerage-wide AI use policy and ran it past our attorney before we scaled the tools. Governance first is the unglamorous part, and it's why we can move quickly on the rest.

Built on: Follow Up Boss · Sisu · dotloop · Zapier · Oppy · the Claude API — wired together in-house, not bought off a shelf.

Boards, partners & platforms

I want operators in the room when these products get built.

Most real estate technology is designed by people who have never had to make it work on a Saturday with a deal falling apart. I take the board seats so somebody in that room has.

On the record

What I actually believe.

"Tech is a tool. You don't safeguard your business from technology. You use technology, you embrace it."

"We don't take an agent's partnership lightly — it's a huge responsibility. Our promise is opportunity. What you do with it is mostly up to you. But put our coaching, support and accountability behind you, and it's the perfect storm."

Jackie Soto

"Reputation is huge because it comes with integrity. The minute you screw up your reputation, you screw up your integrity, it loses trust. You have no trust, you have no clients, you have no sphere, you have no colleagues."
